Gluten Free Sweet Treats

Our Gluten Free cake and slice range will delight every sweet tooth, not just those with dietary restrictions. We have dedicated gluten free cabinets for both individual treats and whole cakes. The delights on offer include: brownies, muffins, slices, tarts, cheesecakes and chocolate cakes. Visit the patisserie and see for yourself.

Breads

We source our bread from quality artisan bakers. 

Our bread includes: Sourdough, Multigrain, White Tin, Spelt, Rye Sourdough, Middle Easter Fruit Loaf, Turkish Bread, Baguettes, Gluten Free Breads, Bread Rolls, and Flat breads.

Most bread loaves can be sliced in store upon request.

Pastries

We source a range of quality pastries from Blue Mountains and Sydney bakers.

Pastries include: Croissants, Morning Buns, Snails, Danish, Cinnamon Scroll, French Horns, Praline, Donuts, Almond and Chocolate Croissants.

A selection of pastries can be boxed for your next morning meeting or picnic.

Tarts and Sweet Treats

Our patisserie showcases a range of tarts and sweet baked goods to serve at any occasion. 

Sweet tarts include- berry tarts, chocolate tarts, white chocolate tarts, pear frangipani tarts, berry frangipani tarts, and macadamia tarts.

Our sweet baked goods include- chocolate brownie, blueberry and lemon loaf, hedgehog slice, rocky road, cookies, macarons, lamington, eclairons, baklava, melting moments, turkish delight and mini- cheesecake.

Our range caters for those with dietary requirements including gluten free brownie, gluten free macaron, and raspberry chocolate friand.

A selection of our tarts and sweet treats are best enjoyed when presented in a sweet box. See Entertaining and Event catering.

Cakes

Our delicious range of cakes will delight every sweet tooth. 

Cake options include: French Vanilla, Flavoured  Cheesecakes, Flourless Chocolate, Carrot, Mud and Orange Almond.

Gluten and Dairy Free options are available. 

Cakes are sold by the slice as well as whole.

When planning your event it is best to order 48hrs in advance.

Candles are also available to add that extra bit of flair. 

Pies

A range of house made and locally prepared savoury pies is available at our patisserie. Pies can be purchased hot or cold, subject to availability. 

Pie fillings include favourites such as mince, curried mince, potato, chunky beef, beef bacon cheese, lamb, and chicken. Artisan pies include Beef Guiness, Italian mince, Butter Chicken.

Additional hot savouies include sausage rolls, rusticis and ham cheese tomato croissants.

Vegetarian options include pumpkin fetta lentil or curried vegetable. 

Complimentary take-away cutlery and sauce is offered to customers.
